Aniseed essential oil has a host of healing and cleansing properties which makes it especially tonic on body function. Especially beneficial to the respiratory organs to assist natural recovery from coughs and colds.

Body Balance during pre-menstrual and menopausal phases

Throat & Lungs
- To support healthy air flow in the throat and lungs, and effective natural recovery from coughs and colds, blend 1 drop Aniseed, 2 drops Peppermint (organic) and 2 drops Lavender Spike in a steam inhalation.

Digestive System
- To assist a healthy digestive process apply 2-5 drops Aniseed to a half teaspoon of Olive Oil and massage into the stomach in a clockwise direction. Repeat as required.

Menstruation and Menopause
- Add 1-2 drops of Aniseed to your bath or make a warm compress to apply to the stomach, for cramps and discomfort and to encourage natural balance. Can also be combined with Clary Sage, Geranium Rose and Palmarosa.

Colic
- May be especially useful in response to unspecific stomach discomfort in adults and children, (gripe water being a classic remedy). As above.

Blends well with: Clary Sage, all Eucalyptus oils and Lavender True.

Avoid use during pregnancy and breast feeding. This oil is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
