Sanderson Flax Seed Oil contains the essential fatty acids Omega 3 and 6, as well as the non-essential fatty acid Omega 9, in balanced ratio consistent with the body's needs. Omega 3 is in the form of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) which the body converts to EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid); so Flax Seed Oil may provide an alternative to fish oil and it may contribute to maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system.

The Omega fatty acids in Flax Seed Oil (also known as linseed oil) support normal brain function and the healthy functioning of the nervous system. Flax Seed Oil may assist with dry eye, skin moisture and support immune system functioning.

Flax Seed Oil is well tolerated and there are no known interactions with medicines, although like other Omega 3 fatty acid products there is the potential for interaction with blood thinning medications, so use with care and keep your health care provider informed.

Recommended Adult Dosage:

Take 1-2 capsules three times daily with food or as professionally precribed.
