Q: How long until my order is delivered ?
A: It will take upto 1-4 working days for your order to be fulfilled, but we always try to aim for an overnight delivery. If one of the items is on back order, then this might cause a bit of delay but should be on your way ASAP!
Q: I have forgotten my password. HELP!
A: When clicking the forgotten password link, it generates a new password. This new password will be sent to your login email. So please copy and paste this password and it should be working A-OK! (Please remember, everytime you click the forgotten password link it will always generate a brand NEW password)
Q: Can I come pick up my products ?
A: No sorry, we are an online company and do not allow pick-ups under normal circumstances.
Only in special circumstances will orders be approved for pickups. Please contact our customer service team using the form above or email us customerservice@mynaturalhealth.co.nz prior to placing your order for approval. Requests for pickup on orders without prior approval will be refused.
Q: How do I claim my reward points ?
A: Once logged in, please click in your account my rewards points, and everything will be displayed for you. In there you will be displayed a coupon code, which you can copy and paste in your my carts page, when placing an order with us.
Q: When do the reward points get issued ?
A: Reward points will only be issued once your item has been shipped and completed. A coupon code will be sent to you, and use that coupon code the next time you shop with us.
