From the wonderfully versatile Kawakawa supporting a healthy immune response, to Manuka's strongly anti-microbial ability, to Vitamin C rich Rosehips and Elderflower's long traditional use for colds and flu. This blend does do everything it claims to do.
Use 1 level tsp (1gm approx) of herb per cup. Leave to infuse for a minimum of 5 mins or to desired strength.
Can be sweetened with honey.
Recommended Dosage: 1-3 cups daily.
Makes 20-30 cups.
