Chai Tumeric + Maca
Chai supports the body's digestive and immune systems with a balance of stimulating and soothing herbs.
Tumeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory which has been used for centuries in India for it's medicinal benefits.
Maca is nutritent dense and claimed to enhance fertility and energy.

Vanilla Matcha
Matcha is high in antioxidants and is a source of slow-release caffeine. It has been used in Eastern medicine for it's brain-boosting effects due to high levels of L-Theanine.
Vanilla is used for it's natural sweetness.

Coffee Coconut + MCTs
Coffee is a powerful antioxidant that promotes and enhances physical performance and energy levels.
MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides) are linked to weight loss and better cognitive function. MCTs occur naturally in coconuts.

Add 2 scoops (25g) to a shaker containing 300ml or more of water or coconut/rice/almond milk and shake. Or blend with ice into a delicious smoothie.
Take one or more servings per day depending on diet and activity level.
