Our gelatin, like our collagen, is made of one simple ingredient. It has been used in cooking throughout the world for generations. It will dissolve in hot liquids, and it will thicken in cold liquids. It is also nearly tasteless, colorless and odorless.

1 Tbsp = 1 envelope or 3 1/2 sheets
1 Tbsp gels 1 pint of liquid
For making Gummies: Pour 1 tablespoon of gelatin in ½ cup of cold water. Let it sit for approximately 5 minutes.
Dissolve the mixture into 1½ cups of very hot liquid and add in any desired flavors and sweeteners (include as part of liquid measure).
If making gummies, pour the liquid into a mold tray and allow the gelatin to chill until firm before serving.
