The specialised handling, manufacturing and new blister pack format, gives Clinicians MultiFlora a two year shelf life at room temperature (20-25°C).

We use a proprietary encapsulation technology and a polysaccharide mix to ensure survival of the live bacteria in Clinicians MultiFlora. This means the live bacteria are protected from the harsh acidic environment of the stomach, from bile acids and the significantly higher pH of the duodenum. The probiotics can then arrive at their destination in the lower small intestine and bowel unharmed, where they are most effective.
