Arnica Montana is a yellow flowering herb which is a member of the ‘daisy’ family. It is native to Europe and grows mainly at high altitudes. Arnica has been used in herbal treatments for hundreds of years to help ease muscle pain & help with tissue repair.

Arnica - What is it used for?

Today Homoeopathic Arnica is well known as a safe and natural first aid remedy for the whole family, and is an essential item in your first aid kit. Its uses include the following:

Injury or trauma
Joint & muscle pain or stiffness
Sprains, strains, muscle tears & bone injury
Bruising, swelling and soreness
Tooth & dental pain
Post surgery
Childbirth

Homoeopathic Arnica can be used in any of the circumstances above, especially anywhere there is bruising, swelling and soreness. It’s a great remedy to use immediately after an accident or situation where tissue damage has occurred. Studies have shown it helps reduce swelling & bruising, and helps support tissue repair and recovery. It is also excellent to use after surgery to help reduce trauma and speed healing.

Arnica – How is it used?
Arnica comes in a topical cream and also in oral tablet or liquid form. Both forms can be used together for optimal healing. The cream is applied to bruising, swelling & sore muscles and tendons etc, taking care not to use on broken skin. Homoeopathic Arnica - oral liquid (spray or tablets) is often used instead of cream and provides immediate delivery sublingually to ease symptoms. Use often in the first few days after injury or surgery. (see instructions on label)
