Serving Suggestion:
Adults: Blend, shake or briskly stir 2 level scoops (44g serve) in 250mL of liquid (best in apple juice, rice milk, soy milk or skim milk). Add banana or other fruit to taste. Consume once to three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
