Low carb, high fat FUDGE!! Quick to make and will satisfy the craving for ‘something sweet’, any time of the day or night. This is one we throw together at My Natural Health whenever the ‘need’ arises, we’re sure you’ll enjoy it J
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Tashi Plant Protein (we used Berry)
2 Tbsp Almond meal (or ground almonds)
2 Tbsp Lotus Oatmeal –fine ground
3 Tbsp Coconut oil –melted
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the fudge in a shallow flat bottomed dish & pop into the fridge for 15-20 minutes or until set. (if you grease or line the dish – it will be easier to get out) Approximately 8 serves of delicious plant based berry fudge.
Options: Add blackcurrant or beetroot powder for extra antioxidant goodness & colour

FAT: 7.3g
