Clinicians VirActive Complete provides the important nutrients, namely Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Selenium and Zinc, known to support the immune response that may aid recovery from winter ills and chills. It can also be used before winter to increase important antioxidant vitamins and minerals required for effective immune function.
Recommended General Dosage (preventative): Take 1 capsule daily or as directed. VirActive is designed to be taken as a course for best effect. Take with fluid whenever possible. Recommended Dosage (during infection): Adults (12 years and older) - Acute: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily for 2 to 3 days then 1 to 3 capsules daily. Maintenance: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily. Children (6 to 12 years) - Acute: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily for 2 to 3 days then 1 capsule daily. Maintenance: Take 1 capsule daily.

Chronic Liver Disease – individuals with chronic liver conditions such as cirrhosis and hepatitis should avoid taking dietary supplements with high levels of Vitamin A. It is recommended they use Vitamin A under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Pregnancy and Breast Feeding: This dietary supplement is not recommended to be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Studies indicate that daily doses of Vitamin A exceeding 10 000IU may not be safe to take during these times.
