Dear Valued Customers, 

We hope everyone is safe and enjoying their mini-reunions as we start stretching our bubbles.

With the Alert Level 2 in place, we've expected our couriers to be inundated with deliveries with most NZ businesses now in operation. Unfortunately at this moment, our courier is still experiencing continued peak volumes. You will still be able to track and trace as per normal but please allow some extra time for delivery. These delays also affect our suppliers and as a result it would take longer for some products to be available on our website. 

We would like to thank you for your support & understanding during this time. Please stay safe, be kind, and look after each other.

We are pleased to announce that you are now able to purchase our full range of products. With the Alert Level 3 in place, we will be able to increase our capacity to safe dispatch more orders. We will maintain our safety measures in place to keep both our staff and delivery people protected. 

We expect couriers will be inundated with deliveries over the next couple of weeks as the country moves into this new phase.  Please have patience for our couriers around NZ at this time.  You will be able to track and trace your parcel as per normal but please allow some extra time for delivery.

Your ongoing optimal health and wellness is very important to us, and especially so during the weeks ahead. It is our goal to continue to provide you with access to items which you regard as essential to your health and wellbeing at this time.

We are confident the measures we have in place will keep both our wonderful staff and our dedicated delivery people safe. Our warehouse will operate with less staff to ensure we can operate at safe distances.

We will continue to work closely with our suppliers, many of them remain open, but we do appreciate your understanding as a few of them will remain closed until alert level 4 is lifted.

Due to COVID-19 announcement in NZ, we need to advise the following:

Skeleton staff only will be on hand over the next 4 weeks and it is highly likely we will be UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY ORDERS until our full return to work.

We will be continuing to process existing orders where we can, we have a huge backlog that we are working through & appreciate your patience. We are unable to give you an ETA on your order at this stage.
