Thompsons Ultra Omega 3 is a concentrated source of omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil, so you can take high doses with just four capsules a day.

Direction for use top

Adults - Take one capsule 4 times daily (with food),or as professionally prescribed.
Indications for Use top

Omega-3 fats may help to maintain healthy cardiovascular, cognitive and visual functioning, and are beneficial during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Contraindications:
Use of high dose fish oil supplements should be stopped at least two weeks prior to surgery.
Concomitant use of fish oil supplements and warfarin or other medications (including aspirin) that affect blood clotting may lead to an increased risk of bleeding.
