Radiance SeroTone Sleep
Radiance SeroTone Sleep supplies 20mg of 5-HTP per capsule. 5-HTP, from the seeds of the African plant Griffonia Simplicifolia, is an intermediate metabolite between the amino acid L-tryptophan and the neurotransmitter serotonin.
The combined synergy of the soothing herbs Valerian and Passionflower, 5-HTP plus the essential nutrients magnesium and calcium helps to support normal healthy emotional balance, relaxation and deep restful and rejuvenating sleep.
Ingredients (per capsule): Valerian (4:1 extract 0.8% valerianic acid) 162mg, Magnesium (aminoate) 70mg, Passionflower (4:1 extract) 65mg, Calcium (citrate) 30mg, 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) 20mg.
Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules at bedtime.
Contra-indications: May cause drowsiness. Consult a qualified health professional before use if taking anti-depressant or other psychoactive medications.

Rating: 4 out of 5Comment: I was on the verge of anti-depressants and so where a couple of my friends and this has kept us sane! We are in our late 30's and have had 2 children, all struggling with hormone stuff, impatience and lack of sexual drive (this last part is a bit better, working on it!)
