Essential fatty acids are called “essential” because the body is not able to manufacture them, we must ingest them in our daily diet.

These essential long chain fatty acids have many important functions in the body from healthy cell membrane development to proper nerve, tissue and immune function. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) essential for control of components of immune function and cardiovascular health; and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) essential for maintaining healthy brain, nerve and eye tissues.

Consumption of omega-6 fatty acids has become excessive in the modern western diet whilst omega-3 in the intake has dwindled. Even worse is the excess consumption of saturated, trans and denatured fats, which block omega-3 and have been implicated in development of ill health. It is thought that these factors may be contributing to the increasing prevalence of degenerative heart, brain, eye and joint conditions over the last 50 years or so.

Radiance Omega-3 Fish Oil Concentrate provides high quality omega-3 fatty acids including 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA. Daily supplementation improved dietary intake of these essential nutrients and may support the maintenance of health and wellbeing.

Radiance Omega-3 fish oil concentrate is manufactured under strict quality control, using the high vacuum molecular distillation process which produces a premium quality, high EFA omega-3 oil. It is carefully screened and third party tested to ensure absence of potentially harmful contaminants often found in poor quality fish oil products.

Usage: Nutritional fortification of the diet to provide the essential omega-3 fatty acids to help support optimal health and assist with conditions associated to nutritional omega-3 fatty acid deficiency.

Dosage: 1 capsule one to three times daily.
