NFS - Flaxseed Oil (EFA's) is essential for the total population. Despite all the concern about fat in our diet, the body does require healthy fats and oils to function. The human body cannot function correctly without two polyunsaturated fats - linoleic and alpha-linoleic acid, both of which are found in flaxseed oil. In addition, the dietary flaxseed oil carries the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, from your food into your body.
