Naturo Pharm Sports Action Recovery Sports Action Recovery oral remedy assists the bodys natural ability to recover quickly after exercise. It promotes normal muscle recovery and stimulates the bodys ability to restore energy. Sports Action Recovery supports the bodys normal response to the build up of lactic acid in the muscles. Sports Action Recovery Cream assists rapid natural recovery of strained muscles, sprains, joint pain and bruising. It contains the natural warming agent, Capsicum, which will not irritate the skin. The cream is quickly absorbed into the skin and does not stain clothing. Dosage Oral Spray Use 2 sprays per dose orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses then 3 times a day as required. Use before, during and after exercise. Can be added to drink bottle. Tablets 2 tablets per dose at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses then 3 times per day as required. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow. Use before, during and after exercise. Cream Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required. Use before and after exercise. Do not apply to broken skin. Ingredients Sports Action Recovery oral spray or tablets contain homoeopathic potencies of Arnica 15x 30x, Sarcolactic Acid 15x, 15c and Zincum Metallicum 12x. Sports Action Recovery Cream contains tinctures of Arnica 2.5%, Rhus Tox 2%, Ruta Grav 2%, Stellaria 1%, Capsicum 2%, Bryonia 2% and Symphytum 1% in a light, paraben-free, non-greasy cream base.
