Naturo Pharm Pre-Birth has been formulated to support normal muscle tone and natural child birth. It is available in both convenient oral spray and tablet form. Dosage Oral Spray Use 2 sprays per dose orally twice a day for 15 days prior to due date of birth. Use Birth Aid once labour has started. Tablets 2 tablets twice a day for 15 days prior to due date of birth. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow. Ingredients Pre-Birth contains homoeopathic potencies of Arnica , Caulophyllum , Cimicifuga Racemosa , Gelsemium and Pulsatilla all in a 5c potency. Suggested Companion Products and Advice Use Naturo Pharm Birth-Aid during delivery to support natural childbirth and normal recovery from the trauma of birthing. To assist with the normal production of breastmilk after baby is born, use Naturo Pharm Milk Flow. Naturo Pharm Nipplemed Relief Cream to support healthy nipples may be beneficial.
