Naturo Pharm Sports Action Anti-Cramp Sports Action Anti-Cramp helps promote normal muscular activity and recovery from cramp. It is the natural solution for sports people as it contains absolutely no drugs. It is available in both convenient oral spray and tablet forms. Sports Action Anti-Cramp is also available as a gel for external use. Dosage Oral Spray Use 2 sprays per dose orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required. Use before, during and after exercise. Can be added to drink bottle. Tablets 2 tablets per dose at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times per day as required.
