Natures Sunshine Red Clover is a purple-flowered plant that dots fields across America. Its blossoms help the body purify the blood and may help make blood less sticky. They contain isoflavones, including genistein (also found in soy). Red clover may also promote skin health. The blossoms and leaves provide magnesium, copper, calcium, chromium, iron, phosphorus and vitamins A, B-complex and C. Red Clover is mild and makes an excellent nutritional supplement for children. Each capsule contains 320 mg red clover. Adults: take 2 capsules with a meal three times daily. Children: take 1 capsule with a meal three times daily.
