Indications:
Acute and chronic rhinitis with or without sinusitis.

For the treatment of symptoms of rhinitis with or without sinusitis including sinus congestion, sinus pressure and pain and dry mucous membranes.

Composition:
50 ml cont.:
Cistus canadensis 4X, Arum maculatum 4X, Melilotus officinalis 3X, Vinca minor 3X, Veronica 3X, Mercurius bijodatus 8X, Ammonium carbonicum 3X, Lemna minor 3X ana 2.5 ml. each. Cinnabaris 8X, Sticta 4X, Phosphorus 6X, Kalium bichromicum 5X, Hydrastis 4X, Aurum muriaticum natronatum 6X ana 5 ml. each.

Contains 35 Vol.% alcohol.

Dosage:
In general, 10 drops directly on the tongue 3 times daily.

Cistus canadensis (Canadian rock rose)
Dry pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sensitivity to cold and great tendency towards chills.

Arum maculatum (cuckoo-pint)
Pharyngitis, laryngitis, hay fever, bulbar syndrome, particularly sialorrhea.

Melilotus officinalis (melilot)
Blocked, dry, crusted nose; congestive headache, improved after nasal hemorrhage.

Vinca minor (lesser periwinkle)
Stomatitis, glossitis, eczema with crust formation.

Veronica (speedwell)
Chronic bronchitis.

Mercurius bijodatus (mercury(ll) iodide)
Acute and chronic angina, particularly viral; acute rhinitis, tonsillar hyperplasia.

Ammonium carbonicum (ammonium carbonate)
Chronic rhinitis, possibly with nasal hemorrhages (when washing); congestive catarrh, tonsillitis.

Lemna minor (duckweed)
Atrophic rhinitis, anosmia, nasal polypi, as adjuvant in ozena.

Cinnabaris (Cinnabar)
Polysinusitis with malodorous secretions, otitis externa, pains in and around the eyeball.

Sticta (lungwort)
Dry mucosa, e.g. in rhinitis, laryngopharyngitis, bronchitis, pertussis.

Phosphorus (phosphorus)
Bronchopneumonia, laryngitis with hoarseness, nasal hemorrhages.

Kalium bichromicum (potassium dichromate)
Viscid, ropy secretions from the mucosa; chronic catarrh of the nose, middle ear, ear passages; (poly-)sinusitis, stomatitis aphthosa and, in particular, ulcerosa.

Hydrastis (goldenseal)
Thick, viscid, ropy, yellowish-white secretions from the nose or sinuses; ozena with ulcer- ation of the septum.

Aurum muriaticum natronatum (gold chloride/sodium chloride)
Hyperosmia, ozena, rhinitis.

Based on the individual homeopathic constituents of Naso-Heel, therapeutical possibilities result for the treatment of rhinitis acuta et chronica, including in the course of viral infectious diseases, in influenza, the common cold, measles or rubella, as well as infections caused by bacteria; rhinitis arising from physical influences (heat, dryness, the effect of dust, also coryza arising from a chill); rhinitis allergica = anaphylactica = hay fever, rhinitis vasomotorica (nervosa), rhinitis hyperplastica (obstructed nasal respiration) and atrophicans (ozena), anosmia, hyposmia, sinusitis; as auxiliary remedy for dacrocystitis.

The dosage is adjusted according to the disease, the clinical picture and the stage of the illness:
in acute disorders, shock therapy:

Side effects:
None known.

Dosage:
10 drops every 15 minutes;

for further treatment, 10 drops 3 times daily.

To improve absorption as much as possible, the drops should be left in the mouth.
Infants and small children are given 3-5 drops each time, with water.

Alternating prescription with other preparations is often indicated,
e.g. Traumeel, Euphorbium compositum nasal drops.
