To make a fruit smoothie, add to a blender 1 cup of tropical fruit juice, 2/3 teaspoon Chlorella and 1/3 banana per person. Drink 4-8 glasses of pure water per day whilst using Chlorella to help flush out toxins. Start with 1/3 level teaspoon of Chlorella per day for the first week if you have a diet high in refined foods or use alcohol, tobacco or medication regularly. Some people may experience a cleansing effect.
