Good Health's Liposorb contains the active ingredient Chitosan – a natural marine extract derived from New Zealand Squid. Chitosan is able to bind to dietary fat, encouraging elimination rather than absorption of ingested fat.

Directions:
Adults: Take 2 to 3 capsules with high-fat meals, or as professionally advised. LipsorbTM capsules may be opended and sprinkled over food. Take 1-2 glasses of water with each dose LiposorbTM to prevent constipation

Precautions:
Not to be taken with fat-soluble vitamins or essential fatty acid supplements. Take at least 1 hour after other medications as this product may reduce the effect of some medications. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This product is derived from seafood, avoid use if allergic to seafood.
