Clinicians Family Vitamin C powder provides three forms of vitamin C in a complex with bioflavonoids to support a health immune system and circulation.

Active Ingredients:
Each 5ml measure contains:
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 1000mg Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate) 50mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 750mg Bioflavonoid complex 100mg  Hesperidin 50mg Quercetin 25mg Rutin 75mg

Dosage:
Adults and Children 10 years and older: Take a half a teaspoon to 1 heaped 5ml measure daily. Mix with water or juice or sprinkle on cereal.

Adverse Effects:
Vitamin C is generally well-tolerated, however people with gastrointestinal sensitivities are advised to take Family C with food and lower the dose if bowel discomfort occurs.
