Active Ingredient:
MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane) 16%

Recommended Dose: Adults (12 years and older): Apply 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril up to 4 times daily. Children (under 12 years): Apply 1 spray in each nostril 3-4 times daily. Note: MSM Spray may cause a slight burning sensation. This is normal and most people become accustomed to it after a short period.

Precautions and Contraindications: Do not take with Warfarin or any other blood thinning medication. Pregnancy and Breast Feeding: Considered safe to use during these times.
