Bioceuticals L-Carnitine, also known as levocarnitine, is a naturally occurring amino acid required for normal healthy lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. It is concentrated in cardiac and skeletal cells where it helps deliver fatty acids into mitochondria for cellular energy production.
