Dosage

Adults: Take one capsule one to three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Precautions

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Thisproducts contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 mg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age fo 15 years. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without advice from your health care professional.
