Directions
If wind, reflux or digestive discomfort occurs, give to baby after feeding or when needed to support normal, healthy digestive function.
For breastfeeding mothers drink one cup during the feed and keep enough for baby afterwards

Babies: 5ml (1 teaspoon) 3 x daily
6-12 month: 10ml 3 x daily
1-4 years: 20-40ml 3 x daily
4-10 years: 50-100ml 3 x daily

Tip: ARTEMIS Nerve & Skin Rescue Oil rubbed clockwise onto the stomach of the baby helps to bring up wind and relieve cramps.

Preparation
Take 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml), place into infuser, plunger or china pot, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave. Keeps for 12 hours in fridge (cover). Always drink warm.

If time is an issue, try making a cup and then freeze into ice cubes. When needed pour a little boiling water over the ice cube to melt.

Storage
To avoid external contamination close container immediately after use. Keep away from heat and moisture. Store in fridge in hot and humid climates. You can reuse the cans for our 90g and 200g value pack refills.
