It tastes sweet and anyone can use it - try it just off the spoon or use as you would sugar, on breakfast cereal, in drinks etc.

Remember it is 95% dietary fibre, so start slowly - half a teaspoon for the first 3 days, increasing over 2-3 tsp daily. Five tsp gives your total dietary requirement.
